The subtitle links on cumsek.com still show up in default blue with an underline, even though #3 is merged.

The cause is caching. Cloudflare serves style.css with cache-control: max-age=14400 and is still serving the copy from #1 (cf-cache-status: HIT), which has no link rules. The HTML isn't cached, so visitors get the new markup with the old stylesheet. I checked that the origin already serves the current style.css.

This changes the stylesheet link to style.css?v=2. The new URL isn't in Cloudflare's cache or the browser's, so both fetch the current file. Bump the number whenever style.css changes.

Checked with a headless Zen screenshot of this branch: the names render as plain grey subtitle text.

with the original stylesheet and saw default blue links.
