Summary

• Serve the cumsek.com static site from cum-sites' nginx on port 8003, rooted at /var/www/com.cumsek, the same way as m4rti.dev and silvia.cumsek.com.
• Proxy the cumsek.com apex from cum-services to it. It is wired by hand next to m4rti.dev, because a domain in cum.nix only produces <domain>.cumsek.com subdomains.

Test plan

• nix eval of the cum-sites and cum-services toplevels succeeds
• cum-sites vhosts: cumsek.com, m4rti.dev, silvia.cumsek.com
• cum-services cumsek.com proxies to http://192.168.1.204:8003
• Deploy both hosts and load https://cumsek.com
