Links the author names in the landing page subtitle:

• "Martí" -> https://m4rti.dev
• "Pau" -> https://github.com/pamukr

The links inherit the subtitle's grey, are underlined, and turn white on hover, so they don't show up in the browser's default blue on the black background.
