  • Favicon: index.html linked favicon.ico, which was never in the repo. This adds favicon.png (512x512) and points the icon link at it.
  • Subtitle links: these now look like plain subtitle text, with no underline and no colour change. Hovering shows an underline and a pointer cursor. This commit was pushed to #2 after #2 had already merged, so it was never included.
