Adds the cumsek landing page: black background, lowercase italic wordmark (Instrument Serif Italic) and a grey byline in Iosevka Term. Plain static HTML and CSS with self-hosted fonts under fonts/.

feat: add cumsek landing page 3930cff845

Static index.html and style.css with a black background, the cumsek
wordmark in Instrument Serif Italic and a byline in Iosevka Term.
Fonts are self-hosted under fonts/.
