Follow-up to #2: changes that landed after it merged.

 inputs:

+  llm-agents.url = "github:numtide/llm-agents.nix";   # own nixpkgs -> numtide cache hits

llm-agents no longer follows nixpkgs. Its binary cache only hits for numtide's own nixpkgs revision, so following ours meant rebuilding codex, opencode and the rest from source. Consumers need no llm-agents input of their own; the NixOS config drops its input and overlay.
The README flake URL now points at Marti/agent-env.
Breaking: the Codex CLI moves from apps.codex to apps.gpt.codex, grouped with apps.gpt.desktop (the ChatGPT app that also runs Codex).

(A grok/jcode app was added and then dropped again in this branch; the net diff has neither.)

Evidence

Before: flake.lock llm-agents.inputs.nixpkgs -> root nixpkgs (follows).
After: llm-agents.inputs.nixpkgs -> its own nixpkgs node; root uses nixpkgs_2.
nix flake check -> all checks passed!
With this branch overridden in, all four NixOS hosts (cumputer, cumpad, cumbook, cumwork) evaluate with llm-agents removed from that config.

feat: own the llm-agents pin and add grok and jcode apps 53fba80314

llm-agents no longer follows nixpkgs, so its packages come from numtide's
binary cache instead of being rebuilt, and consumers need no llm-agents
input of their own. grok and jcode are the last packages the NixOS config
took from it directly.

Groups it with apps.gpt.desktop, the ChatGPT app that also runs Codex.

BREAKING CHANGE: m4rti.agents.apps.codex is now m4rti.agents.apps.gpt.codex.
