Summary

  • Rename the graft flake input and package to trail-code, and point flake.nix, the dev shell and flake.lock at git.cumsek.com/flakes/trail-code.
  • Move the module option from plugins.graft to plugins.trail-code, with mkRenamedOptionModule so existing configurations keep evaluating.
  • Register the MCP server as trail (trail mcp) in the Claude, codex, opencode and pi configs, and in .mcp.json and opencode.json.
  • Replace the graft Claude hooks, statusline and project skill with .trail/hook.cjs, which runs at session start and offers to set up trail when it is missing.
  • Rewrite the coding-practices, project-scaffolding and flake-package-external-program skill references, the subagent prompts, AGENTS.md and the README tables to use trail.

Testing

  • Not run: nix flake check and nix fmt . were not run for this change.
  • Not run: the rename option migration (plugins.graft to plugins.trail-code) was not evaluated.
  • Not run: .trail/hook.cjs was not executed against a Claude Code session.
  • Reviewed by reading the diff: the removed graft files have no remaining references in the module, and the flake.lock change only swaps the graft input for trail-code.

- Take the trail-code flake input in place of graft; the module installs the `trail` CLI and registers `trail mcp` as the `trail` MCP server in every agent.
- Keep `plugins.graft` as a renamed alias for `plugins.trail-code` so existing configurations still evaluate.
- Replace the graft Claude hooks, statusline, skill and helpers with `.trail/hook.cjs`, which shows teammates' learnings at session start.
- Point AGENTS.md, README, skills, subagents, and the opencode and MCP configs at `trail`.
- Refresh flake.lock for the trail-code input.
