Reverts #62 and switches the repo context graph from graft to trail.

• Revert #62. T3 Code and the coding agents are managed in agent-env, so the nightly package and its daily update job move there. This also removes .forgejo/workflows/update.yml before it starts pushing daily updates to main at 06:00.
• graft → trail. The SessionStart hook now runs .trail/hook.cjs. The graft hooks, statusline and skill are removed, and AGENTS.md (which CLAUDE.md links to) keeps only the trail block.

Revert "feat(t3code): install the nightly channel and bump it daily" ... 86848cd5d6

This reverts the merge of #62. T3 Code and the coding agents are managed
in agent-env, so the nightly package and its daily update job move there.

chore: switch the repo context graph from graft to trail ... 7a7e804949

graft was renamed to trail. The session-start hook moves to
.trail/hook.cjs, the graft hooks, statusline and skill go, and AGENTS.md
carries only the trail instructions.
